Quote of the Moment: “In each life there comes at least one moment which if recognized and seized, transforms the course of that life forever.” –– Ralph Blum
Recently I was led to re-read sections of my book as I was preparing a speech for my Toastmasters group. The project called for me to talk about my approach to leadership.
My message? — The greatest leaders are first leaders of Me, Inc.
Me, Inc. CEOs know and live by their own purpose, mission and values. They have a clear vision. They proactively set and mindfully take action toward their goals. They have the communication skills that enable them to inspire others to greatness. They are able then to weigh future opportunities against this personal strategic plan — known also in my book as their “Me, Inc. Treasure Map”.
Is the graduate in your life prepared to be CEO of Me, Inc.?
Are you the one who is graduating?
In addition to marking the completion of academic achievement, graduations can take place multiple times throughout life. We graduate from:
one school to another,
one job or career to another,
one relationship to another,
one location to another,
even one mindset to another.
If you or someone you know is at a graduation crossroads moment, consider as a gift to yourself or another “Design and Live the Life You Love: A Guide for Living in Your Power and Fulfilling Your Purpose.”
When you are the leader of your own circle of influence, unlimited possibilities present themselves. Your Me, Inc. Treasure Map guides you to be and do what is in the highest good for you and others.
Are you one of three in this world who wonders, on a fairly regular basis, what you want to be when you “grow up”? You could be in your early twenties or retired.
Are you ready to graduate?
What life will you live after graduation?
Thank you for considering the possibilities.
